  • Swedish Massage is a full-body massage to help promote relaxation, increase circulation, reduce stress, and soothe sore muscles. This is a gentle, calming massage.
  • Sports Injury Massage is designed to restore function and range of motion to an injured area. Post-surgical/post-injury massage reduces adhesions and scarring, getting you back to the best that you can be.
