WELLBEATS offers a variety of classes from 20-50 minutes that you can fit into your day, no matter what it holds. Try a new style of exercise by taking advantage of Tutorial and Basic classes, or work towards a specific goal with the 4- to 8-week Workout Plans.
From yoga to kickboxing, dance to strength training and everything in between – you’ll be sure to find something you enjoy with instructors that motivate you.
